the 5th NYCFF: April 20, 2023

Welcome to the Vendors registration page! Sign up and submit your LOGO for full access as a vendor on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 1pm -10pm. Set -up time is at 12pm. Each vendor will have 2 guests per table; only 2 people allowed behind the table at one time.

Outdoor Booths: We provide a 6 ft table, 2 chairs, and a power source. Each vendor must submit an item for the raffle of a minimum $30 value.

6’x 2’ space for vending or exhibit (includes a 6’ table, 2 chairs +power source) from 11am – 10pm.

Premium Vendor $450*

Preferred location 10’x10’ space for vending or exhibit (includes a 6’table, 2 chairs + power source) from 11am – 10pm.
